I followed the password reminder procedure but I have never received any email with a new password. What should I do?

Automatic emails generated by the IT Management Tool are very often delivered into your spam folder instead of your Inbox; this is due to your email account’s security rules.

Therefore, as soon as you request a new password please check your spam folder, if you have not received anything in your inbox.

Be aware also the fact that the new password generated by the IT Management Tool, will be valid only during the next 24 hours.
